Halter dress my guama made for my graduation. The belt is also a bow on the back.
I think he likes it.
DW 7000 double bass pedal. Picked it up at Starving Musician for $150 used.

I have stuff to get done, too. We totally need a sewing day.
sewing day.
Yeeees. But remember that I’m nowhere near the level you’re at. XD I still need help making dresses and stuff. I stick to easier projects ;P
My brother is so kawaii desu~~
Josh turns 15 today. How cute.
- Dzu’s jacket [completed]
- Viva Banditos bag [almost finished]
- Walden West bag [next]
- Rock Outcasts bag
- Assorted patches
- Doctor Who bag
- Tardis pillow
- Recycled vinyl bowl
- Jewelry
- Oscar’s WWCheD shirt
- Josh’s fighter jet shirt
- Polka-dotted dress
- Black w/ small pink floral print dress
So far, this is what I have planned. I dunno how much I’ll get finished (since I can be extremely lazy…) but I’ll never have nothing to do this way. I need to get that Viva Banditos bag done before Hume for sure. I’ll probably sew on the strap tomorrow and I’ll start on my Walden West bag right after. The dresses will be more complicated for me (since I’m still pretty new at more complicated sewing) but I can ask my Guama for help on those. Also planning a Doctor Who craft day with Katie I. so I’ll get that Tardis pillow and Doctor bag done for sure. Still not sure about the bag design, but I’ll probably do something “11” themed. I saw a cool design on here once, and I’ll probably do something similar to it. Now the recycled vinyl, I’m a little worried about. I read that sticking vinyl in the oven isn’t really the best idea in the world… I might try to figure out a different way to get it to melt so I can mold it. If not, maybe I’ll try to make a clock out of it instead. More complicated, but much cooler anyway.
So, I’m not going to China this summer. There are numerous reasons why going this summer wouldn’t be the best move BUT, I can go next summer no problem. I’ll learn some Chinese this school year so when I go I’ll be able to walk around and explore without a translator. Nyah nyah nyah, a bit disappointed, but if I know the language my exploring will be that much better. So sure, I’ll trade one okay experience in for an AWESOME experience later.

What do you guys think?
And hey, while we’re doing a little thing on friends I rarely see, this is Acey. He’s been a very close friend of mine since 8th grade. We’ve hard our fair share of fights, but we always manage to get past it. He’s enlisted with the USMC and he’s leaving for basic training in a couple weeks I believe. Here’s him all dressed up for NJROTC. No idea what’s going on with the chick behind him.

One of my closest friends, Sahil. I don’t get to see him much, but he’s pretty great. We get busy with our different groups of friends and go through these weird times where we don’t really talk, but nothing ever really changes between us. I can finally get around by myself, so I’m definitely gonna try to hang out with him more this summer. We have a ton of catching up to do.
DZU, this is the stuff I bought today

- Doctor Who crafting day w/ Katie I. (Bags, pillows, patches, hair clips, jewelry, etc)

- Sneaking out & meeting up with friends (unless you guys all fall asleep again ;P)
So like… my aunt wants me to go to China to teach English to middle school kids this summer. Yup. It’s a paying job with free room/board, but I’d have to pay for my ticket there. When everything is finished, I’d basically just earn back whatever I’d pay for my flight to/from. So I wouldn’t really earn much in the long run but it’d be really cool to visit China. I don’t remember any Chinese (aha, thanks racist Chinese kids who bullied me every Saturday! I never would have quit Chinese school with you!) but my aunt said you don’t need to know any Chinese to work with the kids. Hmmmmmm…. We’ll see what happens.

China AND Mexico this summer? Hah, sounds like a plan.
